Refund Policy

At SupportKori, we strive to ensure a fair environment for both creators and supporters. Since our platform deals primarily with instant digital goods and voluntary support, refunds are handled under specific circumstances outlined below.
1Voluntary Support & Tips
Payments made as 'Support' (Buy me a coffee/pizza) are considered voluntary contributions to the creator. These transactions are generally final and non-refundable. However, if a payment was made in error (e.g., entered 5000 BDT instead of 500 BDT), please contact us within 24 hours.
2Digital Products (E-books, Assets)
Exceptions for Refund:
- The file is corrupt, empty, or technically defective.
- The product description was completely misleading (e.g., promised a video but delivered a text file).
- The content is illegal or violates our Terms of Use.
3Services & Zoom Sessions
- Creator Cancellation: If the creator cancels or fails to show up, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
- Buyer Cancellation: If you miss the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling is up to the creator's discretion.
4Duplicate or Technical Errors
If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch or network error, we will automatically refund the duplicate charge. If you do not see the refund within 5 business days, please contact support.
5How to Request a Refund
- Your SupportKori Username (or email used).
- The Transaction ID (starts with
SKR-). - The reason for the refund request.
We will review the case with the creator and issue a verdict within 48-72 hours.
6Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Card), depending on the payment gateway's processing time.
