Setting up bKash & Nagad for withdrawals

Add bKash or Nagad

We pay directly to your mobile wallet. You don't need a bank account to start earning on SupportKori.

Go to Settings

Log in to your dashboard and click on Settings → Payouts.

Select Wallet

Choose your preferred provider: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Enter Number

Type your 11-digit mobile number carefully.

Important: Only use a Personal Account number. Agent numbers cannot receive funds.

Withdrawal Rules

You can request a withdrawal anytime once you meet the minimum balance requirement.

Minimum Amount৳ 500 BDT

You must have at least 500 Tk in your balance.

Processing Time24-48 Hrs

We process payments daily between 10 AM - 6 PM.

Fees & Charges

We believe in transparency. No hidden fees, ever.

  • Platform Fee5% (Flat)
  • Cash-out ChargeStandard (1.85%)

*Note: The standard Cash-out charge is deducted by bKash/Nagad when you withdraw cash from an agent. We send the full withdrawn amount to your wallet.

Common Issues

My withdrawal is "Pending" for 3 days▼
Don't worry. Sometimes bKash/Nagad networks are down. If it's been more than 48 hours, please email support@supportkori.com with your username.
Can I change my number later?▼
Yes. Go to Settings - Payouts and simply enter a new number. The new number will be used for your next withdrawal.
