Why is my withdrawal status 'Pending'?

What 'Pending' means

Don't panic! A Pending status simply means your request has been received and is in the queue for processing.

We process withdrawals in batches to ensure security and accuracy. We do not use automated bots to send money; our finance team reviews requests to protect your account from fraud.

Why is it taking time?

Usually, payments are cleared within a few hours. However, delays can happen due to:

    Sometimes the mobile banking networks are down or unstable in Bangladesh.

  • Security Checks

    If this is your first large withdrawal (over ৳5,000), we may double-check to ensure it's really you.

  • Public Holidays

    Banks and financial teams operate on limited hours during Eid or government holidays.

How long should I wait?

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the status to change.

Still Pending after 48 hours?

There might be an issue with the number provided (e.g., it's an Agent number instead of Personal).
