My supporter's payment failed. What do I do?

Common Reasons

90% of payment failures happen on the supporter's side due to simple issues with bKash or Nagad.

Wrong PIN

The most common error. The user typed their bKash PIN incorrectly.

Insufficient Balance

They are trying to send ৳500 but only have ৳400 in their wallet.

Server Timeouts

bKash/Nagad servers are often busy, especially in the evening (6 PM - 10 PM).

Money deducted but failed?

This is a scary situation for fans, but it's usually resolved automatically.

Auto-Refund Policy

If money was cut from their wallet but the transaction shows "Failed" on SupportKori, the gateway (SSLCommerz) will automatically refund it.

  • • Usually refunded within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
  • • In rare cases, it can take 3-7 banking days.

Transaction Limits

Sometimes payments fail because the supporter has reached their daily limit set by Bangladesh Bank.
