The 5% Platform Fee

SupportKori is free to use. We do not charge a monthly subscription. We only charge a flat 5% transaction fee.

This means we only earn money when you do. If you don't receive any support, you don't pay us a single Taka.

No monthly fees.
No hidden charges.
No withdrawal fees from our side.

What does this fee cover?

Running a platform securely requires resources. The 5% fee allows us to keep SupportKori running smoothly for thousands of Bangladeshi creators.

Server Costs

Hosting, database, and fast image delivery.

Security

Protecting your data and ensuring secure payments.

Example Calculation

Here is exactly what happens when a fan sends you 100 BDT.

Fan Pays৳ 100

Platform Fee (5%)- ৳ 5

You Receive৳ 95

This ৳95 is added to your SupportKori balance, ready for withdrawal.

Withdrawal Charges

SupportKori does not charge any extra fee when you withdraw money to your bKash or Nagad wallet.

Note on Cash Out:

However, when you go to an agent to "Cash Out" the money from your personal bKash/Nagad app, bKash/Nagad will charge their standard Cash Out fee (usually 1.85%). This is charged by them, not us.
