How to delete your account permanently

Why is there no button?

Currently, you cannot delete your account directly from the Settings page. This is a safety feature.

Since SupportKori handles financial transactions, we prevent automatic deletion to ensure you don't accidentally lose access to your earnings or transaction history.

How to request deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

Send an email to:

support@supportkori.com

Subject: Request to Delete Account
Body: Please include your Username and the Email address linked to the account.

Before you delete

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Please ensure:

Withdraw Balance: Ensure your wallet balance is ৳0.00. We cannot pay you after the account is gone.
Cancel Subscriptions: If you have active supporters, let them know you are leaving.
