How to Change Password
If you want to update your password for security reasons, you can do it directly from your dashboard.
Go to Settings
Log in and scroll down a bit until you see the Change Password section.
Enter Details
Type your Old Password first, then type your new secure password.
Verify OTP
Check your email for a verification code (OTP), enter it to confirm the change, and you are done!
Can I change my Email?
Email cannot be changed
For security reasons, your SupportKori account is permanently linked to the email address you used to sign up. We do not allow changing emails to prevent account theft.
If you have lost access to your email, please contact support for identity verification.
Security Tips
Use a strong password: Mix letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., #, $, @).
Don't share OTPs: SupportKori staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
